Hello! I’m Nicole - a Board Certified Functional Health Practitioner and Nutrition Counselor, based in Los Angeles, CA. I am deeply passionate about nutrition and the power of healing through food. I came to this work through my own health challenges, along with those of my children. The experience of stabilizing my health, naturally and without medications, has been an empowering journey for me. As a result, I have a deep desire to help others take control of their health and feel good again. My approach is to educate and guide my clients and program participants, so they feel empowered to make their own healthy choices. My style is supportive, nonjudgemental, pragmatic and positive. I genuinely love offering group programs and cleanses because of the powerful transformation participants can experience through clean eating in a short amount of time, and the energy that comes with the community is incredible.
